The Institute for Liberal Arts and Sciences was established in April 2013 to integrate the efforts of various schools and departments for planning, coordination, and implementation of liberal arts and sciences programs. This Institute strives to achieve excellence in fundamental education, language skills, and formation of vibrant training ground.
