Attendees are asked to dress appropriately for the occasion.
New students are required to bring their student ID cards, as they must be presented for entry to the ceremony hall.
Regarding any events hosted by individual faculties after the ceremony, please follow the specific instructions provided by your respective faculty.

For family members of students

Only one family member per student is permitted to attend.
An admission pass is required to enter the ceremony hall. (Please cut out the pass from the last page of the 2026 Enrollment Guide.) Please note that those without an admission pass will not be admitted.
There are no waiting areas inside the hall or the building. We kindly ask that only the one family member with an admission pass comes to the venue.
Please also note that there will be no photo backdrops or designated areas for photo opportunities at the venue.

To avoid congestion near the venue after the ceremony, please refrain from waiting in private vehicles or arranging for taxi pickups.
