We ask all participants to attend the ceremony in formal attire.
New students should bring their student ID card. (You will be asked to present your student ID card when entering the ceremony hall.)
Please check the information provided by faculties if you wish to participate in events hosted by faculties after the entrance ceremony.

For family members of students

Only one family member per student will be allowed to enter the ceremony hall.
An admission pass is required to enter the ceremony hall. (Please cut out the pass from the last page of the 2024 admission guide.) Those who do not have the admission pass will strictly be prohibited from entering.
There is no waiting room in the hall and the building. Please refrain from coming to the entrance ceremony except for one family member who has an admission pass.
